Refund policy
We are sorry it didnt work out with our products. If you'd like more info on returns please read the policy below.
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, unwashed with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at hayley@mummaandcubs.co.uk. Please include order number, item details and reason for return. If faulty please include details and pictures of fault if applicable.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. We always recommend sending via a tracked service as items will remain your responsibility until such time as they are recieved back to Mumma & Cubs. We cannot be held responsble for items lost in transit when returning and this should be taken up with the chosen carrier. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Items damaged as part of normal wear and tear are not considered faulty. Please ensure you follow wash and care instructions to keep your items in the best condition. Some colour fade is normal with washing over time and a small amout of shirnkage is normal after the first wash and is not considered a fault.
All items are quality checked before being sent - if your item is damaged in transit please contact me immediately.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, for example custom products (such as orders created using the "shop by fabric" or "shop by product" functions or personalized items). Personal items such as underwear, cosmetic wipes etc. also cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons.
Should you wish to make a change to your custom product please notify us via hello@mumma&cubs.com within 5 workng days of placing your order and we will endeavour to assist. This remains at our discretion.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
If an item has been discounted due to a flaw or discontinuation - this will be highlighted in the listing and as such, the item cannot be returned for this reason.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, unwashed with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at hayey@mummaandcubs.co.uk.
If you are returning an item due to a change of mind or size requirement you will not be refunded the postage costs.
